Where things stand, legally

Rectavion doesn't have a registered legal entity yet, so there isn't a formal Terms of Service or Privacy Policy to publish. Posting one before that exists would be exactly the kind of unearned claim this site doesn't make anywhere else, so we're not going to make it here either.

What's true right now:

This site is informational only. It doesn't collect personal information beyond standard web server logs generated automatically by hosting infrastructure (things like IP address, browser type, and pages visited). There's no sign-up form, no account creation, and no payment processing anywhere on this site. Nothing shown here, including the sample rate table on the home page, is a live offer or a current rate.

Once there's a registered entity and a chosen processing rail, this page will be replaced with a real Terms of Service, a real Privacy Policy, and any regulatory disclosures that apply to where Rectavion operates.
